This course empowers students to understand and manage their mental well-being with sincerity, faith, and self-awareness: without stigma, shame, or judgment.
As students move through the 10 levels, their understanding will grow from foundational concepts to more nuanced and applied knowledge:
Outline: the course plan comes from our founder's curriculum, and lessons are being written and reviewed. Module, unit, and lesson titles appear here once scholars have reviewed a level.
