Level 5: Coping with Stress, Sadness & Anger

Outline only

Life can be overwhelming. Islam acknowledges this and provides us with divine tools to navigate our pain, not ignore it, suppress it, or be consumed by it. This level equips students to deal with heavy emotions like stress, sadness, and anger by offering both emotional strategies and deeply rooted spiritual guidance.

Students will learn how the Prophet ﷺ and the righteous handled emotional hardship, and how to regulate difficult feelings without shame or guilt. The goal isn’t to "never feel" stress or sadness: it’s to learn how to feel them without being ruled by them, and how to use those moments as paths to greater sabr, tawakkul, and emotional mastery.

Planned: 8 modules, 40 units, 120 lesson titles. 40 units are held for review.

Outline: the course plan comes from our founder's curriculum, and lessons are being written and reviewed. Module, unit, and lesson titles appear here once scholars have reviewed a level.
