Founding year: planned opening Fall 2027. Not yet enrolling. Where we are today

The Family Portal

One sign-in. Every child. The whole picture.

Parents should not need three apps and a weekly email to know how their children are doing. The Family Portal shows each child's day, grades, pace, attendance, and Qur'an in one place, the moment a teacher releases them.

Built for parents first

  • One account for all your children
  • Grades as soon as a teacher releases them
  • Attendance in real minutes
  • Who opened your child's record, and why

Any pictures of the portal on this page come from our demo school. Every name and record in them is fictional.

Home

A card for each child

When you sign in, each child has a card that answers the questions parents actually ask.

Today and this week

What your child has today, the next live class, and the week ahead, so you can plan materials and your own time.

Pace

For each course: on pace, a number of lessons behind, or ahead. Work that is due and work that is missing.

Latest released grade

Grades appear as soon as the teacher releases them, with the teacher's feedback, not weeks later in a digest.

Attendance in minutes

Live classes attended, active lesson time, and offline work you confirmed, by day. If your child misses a live class, you hear the same day.

Qur'an this week

New lesson, revision, and weak pages, tonight's revision plan, and a home revision diary the teacher checks.

The advisor's note

A short note from your child's advisor after each check-in.

Everything else

What else you can do in the portal

Learn with your young child

Children in grades 1 and 2 learn in a locked "Learn with" view inside your portal. Leaving it needs your PIN, so a young child on your laptop cannot open messages, billing, or a sibling's grades.

Messages

Private conversations between staff and your child always include you. The one exception is a child's private request for help to our safeguarding team, explained on our safety page. You can read your own child's posts in class discussions and the teacher's replies. Teachers reply within one school day.

Calendar

Classes, holidays, and deadlines, with the Hijri date beside every day. You can add the school calendar and your children's live classes to your phone's calendar through a private link that only your family holds; your children's first names appear in it only if you tick that box, and you can make a new link, or turn it off, at any time.

Billing

One invoice per billing period for the whole family, with a line for each child. Pay by card or bank transfer, request assistance, and download a yearly tuition statement.

Documents and consents

The policies you agreed to, the consents you gave (such as for recitation recordings), and the choice to change them.

Previews of sensitive lessons

For lessons on topics such as puberty, preview the lesson 14 days ahead and choose "I will teach this at home" if you prefer.

Two homes

A child can belong to two households, each with its own guardians, location, and prayer times. Court orders that restrict a person's access are honored by the software.

Settings

Daily or weekly email summaries, guardians and learning coaches, your location and prayer settings, madhhab, mushaf script, and a copy of your family's data.

Records access

See who opened your child's record

Your portal lists every member of staff who opened your child's record: one line per person per day, with their role and why. If a cleared staff member without a current role in your child's schooling needs to open the record, they must type a reason, the access lasts 30 minutes for that one child, and you see it. Three exceptions protect children: our safeguarding team's access, and a counselor's private counseling work, are never listed; while a safeguarding concern about your child is open, other access is held back until our Safeguarding Lead releases it; and an opening of your child's Emergency card is held back until our safeguarding team decides it is safe to show. Our Privacy Policy explains.

Your data

A copy of your family's data

You can download your family's data from the portal at any time. The copy leaves out safeguarding records, an academic counselor's private notes, and other children's posts, to protect every child involved.
