Level 4: Emotional Intelligence in Islam

Outline only

This level explores the Islamic framework of emotional intelligence: how to be aware of your own feelings, manage them effectively, and show empathy and wisdom in your interactions with others. Emotional intelligence is not just about being “nice”: it’s about being balanced, intentional, and sincere, even under pressure.

Through examples from the life of the Prophet ﷺ and practical emotional strategies, students will learn to regulate strong emotions like anger and sadness, practice empathy, listen deeply, and strengthen relationships through character and calm communication. The Qur’an and Sunnah give us both the emotional language and the emotional resilience we need to thrive as believers and as human beings.

Planned: 8 modules, 40 units, 120 lesson titles. 40 units are held for review.

Outline: the course plan comes from our founder's curriculum, and lessons are being written and reviewed. Module, unit, and lesson titles appear here once scholars have reviewed a level.
