Mental wellness is not just an individual journey: it’s a collective responsibility. This level explores how we, as Muslims, can help create emotionally healthy homes, friendships, and masjid spaces. Students will learn how to support others without overextending themselves, speak with wisdom, and embody the Prophet’s ﷺ legacy of rahmah (mercy), listening, and uplift.
This is about becoming agents of healing, not therapists, but friends, leaders, and community members who radiate empathy, boundaries, and light.
Planned: 8 modules, 40 units, 120 lesson titles. 40 units are held for review.
