Level 6: Healing and Spiritual Fatigue
Outline only
Sometimes, even the most committed believers feel tired: mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This level is designed to help students understand spiritual fatigue and emotional burnout through the compassionate lens of Islam. It reassures students that feeling disconnected, exhausted, or overwhelmed doesn't make them bad Muslims: it makes them human.
We explore the emotional signs of spiritual lows, the reasons behind them, and how to begin the healing process with intention, self-compassion, and faith. Through reflection, du’a, and connection with the Sunnah, students will learn to repair their relationship with Allah, build new habits, and rediscover peace after pain.
Planned: 8 modules, 40 units, 120 lesson titles. 40 units are held for review.
Outline: the course plan comes from our founder's curriculum, and lessons are being written and reviewed. Module, unit, and lesson titles appear here once scholars have reviewed a level.
