Professional Ethics

In Islam, professionalism is not defined by worldly success or prestige: it’s defined by trust, honesty, responsibility, and excellence (ihsan).

For adults 18 and older

In Islam, professionalism is not defined by worldly success or prestige: it’s defined by trust, honesty, responsibility, and excellence (ihsan). Whether one works in an office, a school, a hospital, a shop, or from home, every act of work is an opportunity for worship and accountability before Allah.

This course will help students develop a deep and practical understanding of Islamic ethics in the workplace. From honesty in contracts to respectful communication, time management to financial transparency, it prepares Muslims to represent their values with confidence and care: no matter the field they enter.

This subject is not just about “how to behave at work”: it’s about how to live your deen through every email, every meeting, every decision, and every paycheck.

Outline: the course plan comes from our founder's curriculum, and lessons are being written and reviewed. Module, unit, and lesson titles appear here once scholars have reviewed a level.
